Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £150 - £230 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Rotherham. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
Support students’ academic progress and well-being.
Provide one-on-one and small group instruction tailored to students’ needs.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s education and well-being.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
Keep detailed records of each student’s progress and communicate this information to parents, support staff, and other relevant parties.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
Deep commitment to helping students develop their academic skills, exhibiting patience and empathy.
Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
A current CV covering last 10 years with every gaps explained.
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply for a one).
