Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will engage with diverse groups of students, planning and delivering lessons, assessing progress, and collaborating with school staff to create a positive learning environment. As a Primary Teacher, this is an ideal opportunity to gain some great classroom experience to further develop your skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and / or deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the school community.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (ECT's are welcomed!)
- Experience in primary education is desirable but not essential
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching
