About this Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Trust as Office Manager working across at least two of our 20 schools in South Yorkshire. 

The Diocese of Sheffield Academies Trust offers an outstanding and rare opportunity to play a key role in the development and growth of our business and operations team. You will need to be flexible enough to thrive in an ever-changing environment as there will be a need to work across at least two of our schools in Rotherham or Sheffield. 

We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic and creative colleague committed to team-working and developing excellence for our pupils. Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.  Excellent conditions of service will be offered including enhanced annual leave entitlement and some hybrid working and very generous local government pension.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be organised and have experience of Microsoft office products and school systems such as Management Information Systems;
  • Be flexible and able to use their initiative to solve problems
  • Be able to mulit-task effectively and cope with a busy school office
  • Have the ability to forge and maintain positive working relationships;
  • Be ambitious for themselves and the schools they are working with
  • Be supportive of the trust's vision to enable every child to flourish without limits
