About the Role
Education Assets is recruiting on behalf of a lovely, well-established nursery in Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional team who are passionate about providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and review fun, creative, and engaging activities following the EYFS framework.

Provide high standards of care, learning, and play for all children.

Observe, assess, and record each child’s development and progress.

Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.

Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures.
-
Contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Requirements

Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years / Childcare is essential.

Experience working in an early years setting (preferred).

Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development.

Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one before starting the role.
