Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective pre-planned lessons to cover PPA time.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure consistency and progress.
Maintain strong classroom management and promote high expectations.
Provide brief feedback to class teachers following cover sessions.
Requirements:
- Recent experience teaching in primary settings across a range of key stages.
- Strong classroom management and adaptability.
- Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for nurturing children's learning in a creative and supportive way.
