Location: Rotherham
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

(This will be a 12-week temporary to permanent position)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team. If you’ve got a strong background in parts operations, great communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier support to technicians and customers alike – we want to hear from you!

• Manage stock, orders, and customer communication

• Supporting workshop technicians with accurate and timely parts supply

• Handling inbound parts queries from retail and trade customers

• Placing orders and tracking deliveries to ensure efficient parts availability

• Maintaining stock levels and updating inventory records

• Upselling additional accessories and parts when appropriate

• Ensuring all paperwork and records are completed accurately and on time

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor in a franchised dealership

• Proficient with Pinnacle or similar Dealer Management Systems

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Knowledgeable in automotive parts and accessories

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
