What will the successful Assistant Service Centre Manager do?
- Managea small team of Technicians.
- Organiseworkload and workshop bookings.
- Operateworkshop loading system.
- Dealwith customer enquiries in person and by telephone.
- Quotefor repairs.
- Accurately recordfaults with vehicles/completejob sheets.
- Manageand order parts.
- Work on the tools when required (Semi-Productive).
- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3.
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/IndependentGarage.
- Own set of Tools.
- MOT Licence preferred although not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Basic salary of up to 34,000.
- OTE of 37,000.
