About the Role:
You will lead the delivery of construction apprenticeship programmes across Rotherham and Dearne Valley campuses, ensuring high-quality training, strong learner progress, and excellent employer alignment. The role involves day-to-day leadership of assessors and tutors, quality assurance, and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate construction apprenticeship provision
- Line manages and support teaching and assessing staff
- Ensure high-quality learner experience and outcomes
- Oversee quality assurance and awarding body compliance
- Drive innovation aligned with employer needs
Requirements:
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery and assessment (construction preferred)
- Strong understanding of FE and Apprenticeship Standards
- Level 3+ vocational qualification and Assessor Award (TAQA/A1)
- IQA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve)
