Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Warehouse Loader for our client based in Rotherham.
Warehouse Loader Benefits:
- Shifts: Days Monday to Thursday - 8am to 4.30pm & Fridays 8am to 3.30pm - please note the role may move to Rotating DAYS & AFTERS. Days 6am to 2pm & afters 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday
- Total: 39 hours per week paid weekly
- Start date: Monday 8th September 2025 - no holidays approved in the first 12 weeks as this is the crucial training period
- Pay Rates: Initially 13.23 per hour - the rate increases to 15.75 if the role changes to rotating shifts
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
- Location: Rotherham, S60
Warehouse Loader Duties:
- Loading cabinets
- Manual handling heavy items
- Ensuring best use and maximisation of space
- Quality checking of materials and finished products
- Checking items are packed and taped correctly
- Following instructions and working to a structured work plan
- General Housekeeping
- Working on your own and as part of a team
Warehouse Loader Criteria:
- Previous loading experience is essential to be considered for this role
- Hard working, reliable and punctual
- Good hand-eye coordination and balance
- Experience of joinery/carpentry preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Awareness of workplace health and safety
- Physically fit and able to move heavy items in and around the area
- Good work ethic and prepared to learn new skills
**Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling as part of the day to day duties**
