Skilled and experience FRA Multi Trade Carpenter required to work with a leading Black Country based Housing Association.

Start date: ASAP
Location: Rowley Regis, Black Heath, Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall & Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week -Monday - Friday
Job role: Multi Skilled FRA Carpenter, Inspect and ensure fire doors meet current standards (e.g. correct seals, hinges, closers, and certification), repairing or replacing non-compliant doors and frames, and reinstating fire-resistant barriers around service penetrations (e.g. risers, ductwork, cable trays).
Pay rate: 25 per hour. Plus company van & fuel card
Duration: 12-week temp to permanent position
Requirements:
*Must have an NVQ Level 3 City and Guilds in the recognised trade of carpentry.
* Full UK driving license
* Previous social housing repairs experience or domestic property repairs
* Must have passive fire protection and fire door training or evidence of working within this discipline.
* Happy to have DBS
