Familiarity with systems such as Salto, Paxton, CCTV Avigilon, HikVision, and others is necessary for this position.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in project management and will receive a salary in the range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Project Management Duties

Liaise with Sales team during system design and planning.
Maintain H&S documentation throughout the projects.
Produce site drawings for engineering team and keep the master set up to date.
Ensure that projects are completed on budget.
Liaise with site teams, these will include Main Contractor, M&E Contractors and end users, to ensure projects are running to program.
Produce detailed as fitted drawings.
Management of inhouse engineering resource and Sub-contractors.
Provide support for the engineering department.
Provide technical support to the sales department.
Liaise with customers on small projects to arrange engineering attendance.
Produce site files/drawings for the engineering teams.
Meet engineering teams/ sub-contractors on site to start projects.
Visit sites during the projects to ensure that quality and H&S standards are maintained.
Commission and handover projects.
