Our client global leader in industrial automation, control systems, and digital transformation. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of an EC&I control upgrade project at a national gas site.
The duration of the project is 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors on-site, ensuring all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Oversee daily task allocations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the site.
- Provide clear leadership and direction to the workforce to achieve project milestones.
- Liaise with project managers and client representatives to provide updates on progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure all site activities comply with statutory regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Valid First Aid certification.
- Valid SHEA Gas card.
- Proven experience supervising or managing works on live gas or utilities sites.
- Strong knowledge of EC&I systems and upgrade projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
