We are looking for a Workface planner to join Fluor on an exciting refinery project. This is an initial 12 month contract role in Royston.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with construction teams and contractors to develop and assemble IWPs aligned with the Path of Construction and schedule.
Facilitate IWP scoping, constraint removal, and closeout sessions to support field execution.
Audit IWPs for completeness, safety, and compliance with WFP standards and procedures.
Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, and constructability teams to align CWP and IWP sequencing.
Support data accuracy and availability for IWP development, including automation and reporting alignment.
