About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pub General Manager to lead our traditional village pub. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities


Oversee daily operations of the pub, including bar and kitchen management.
Ensure high standards of food, drink, and customer service.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain supplier relationships.
Handle cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
