We are delighted to be working with this company based near Royston. They are recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options for hybrid working.
This role requires Security Clearance and applicants are therefore required to be a British Citizen or Dual UK National (including British Citizenship).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support and develop existing company infrastructure
- Lead implementation projects across the department
- Being a point of contact for 3rd line technical issues
- Administrating and maintaining Windows Server
- Management of networks and cloud-based infrastructure
- Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in similar role supporting cloud-based infrastructure
- Proficient in M365, Exchange, VMware, and firewall management
- Excellent cloud knowledge and experience in Azure Virtual Desktop
- Good networking knowledge (ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching, IP addressing)
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- British Citizen or Dual UK National (including British Citizenship)
