**Qualifications & Skills**
- Qualified Teacher Status is required.
- A passion for teaching Year 6 and able to prepare students for secondary school.
- Ability to inspire and motivate with a creative approach.
- Capacity to build supportive relationships with staff.
- Must be adaptive and flexible.
