Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

Salary: £14.42 - £14.90 an hour, weekly pay

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to join a fast-paced busy manufacturing client based in Royston

Duties of a Purchasing Administrator:

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Manage the purchasing and production inbox and associated admin.
  • Enter received goods at accurate cost price, and complete delivery note admin.
  • Stock reconciliations
  • Reporting
  • Project costings records and admin
  • Factory paperwork, such as labels/fitting instructions.
  • Logistics prep: Gathering pallet dimensions and arranging transport

What we would like from you:

  • Proven experience within purchasing, supply chain or logistics
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Highly organised and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • MUST drive due to location
