What are we looking for?

  • A proven Quantity Surveyor who has commercial experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the social housing sector.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying
  • A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
  • Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
  • Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
  • On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
