I am currently recruiting on behalf a National painting and decorating business who specialise within housing, social housing, general maintenance and void property works within construction. With a huge and expanding turnover, my client offers stability and looking to continue to build. They now require a resident liaison officer to join the team on a permanent basis. This would be based covering sites in Royston and surrounding areas.�

You will be employed as an RLO (Resident Liaison Officer) working 5 days a week Monday to Friday.�

Duties:

Delivery of pre-work notifications

Discuss colour choices

Manage appointments

Manage residents expectations

Delivery of successful customer surveys

Log and update quality plans

Arrange and attend open days

Show strong communication skills throughout

You must have previous experience within a similar role, have excellent communication skills and be highly organised. You must be confident in attending meetings with residents and have a strong will to get issues resolved as quickly as possible. Must be proactive, have good IT skills, and must be enthusiastic and show a high level of professionalism within this role. They are looking for somebody with a good telephone manner who is excellent with their time keeping throughout.�

You must have a current driving licence as there will be travelling from project to project�
