Barker Ross are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator in the NG11 area of Nottinghamshire.
Key details:
- Responding to a wide range of enquiries from customers and traders
- Providing key information and advice
- Ensuring the quality of service is provided is high
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries
- Compliance, Health and safety to be adhered to
- Booking service calls with customers
- Liaising with manufacturers regarding damages
- Offering guidance and support
Key requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident on the phone
- Organised
- Forward planning skills
- Negotiating skills
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Fantastic communication skills
