  • Participate in a 1-in-3/4/5 week on-call rota, with paid bonuses and overtime.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant upgrades.

About You:
  • Time-served apprenticeship in Electrical, Control, or Instrumentation Engineering.

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

  • Ideally multi-skilled with approximately 70/30 electrical bias.

  • Experience in heavy industrial environments such as power generation, EfW, petrochemical, marine, or similar.

  • Knowledge of Beamex calibration systems (desirable).

  • 17th or 18th Edition qualification (desirable).

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

  • Proactive, safety-conscious, and hands-on approach to maintenance work.

Benefits:

  • 6% employer pension contribution

  • Life insurance (2–3x salary)

  • Access to doctor and mental health support services

  • Cycle to Work scheme, GymFlex, and retail discounts

  • On-the-job training and progression opportunities
