HGV Class 1 Driver wanted - £18.00 per hour

Your role as an HGV Class 1 Driver

• Efficient & safe deliveries: ensure timely, accurate deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
• Communication: keep in regular contact with the depot and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Flexibility: will need to be flexible with starting time and willing to work in central London.

Requirements

• No minimum time on licence as an HGV Class 1 Driver.
• Full in-date CPC, tachograph card, and driving licence.
• Must have driven a HGV Class 1 vehicle within the last 3 months.
• Good attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and confidence on the road.
• No more than 9 penalty points on your licence.
• Must be able to lift sacks of potatoes weighing upwards of 25kg.
• Happy to work in a two-man team.

Pay & benefits

• £18.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) + holiday entitlement.
• Free parking at the depot.
• 10 - 12 hour shifts typically.
