Your Responsibilities
As the Head Chef, Your day-to-day will involve:
- Cooking and preparing high-quality meals, with the freedom to add your own dishes to the menu.
- Ordering stock and monitoring your kitchen's GP.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, always following food safety rules.
- Working with your team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
- Keeping an eye on food stock levels and helping with inventory.
- Making sure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (we can help with certification).
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure in Rugby.
