- Manage and grow strategic relationships with large national clients
- Develop and deliver commercial account plans that drive retention and revenue
- Secure contract renewals, upsells, and service upgrades
- Handle tenders and pricing negotiations with confidence
- Act as the escalation point for senior service and delivery concerns
- Track SLA and KPI performance across your accounts
- Proven experience in service and maintenance sales – any relevant industry considered
- Strong track record in Key Account Management, particularly with national or multi-site clients
- Confident working with stakeholders in retail, FM, or other regulated sectors
- A relationship-first approach, with commercial sharpness and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently, manage your own diary, and travel nationally as required
- Base Salary: £50,000
- Bonus: Up to 20% (based on new business targets)
- Car Allowance: £560/month
- Contract: Full-time, permanent (40 hours/week)
