Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports
- Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding property condition and maintenance
- Complete inventories and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements
- Report and manage maintenance issues, instructing contractors as needed
- Register applicants, handle enquiries, and carry out property viewings
About You:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in lettings or property management is an advantage
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence required
