As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will act as a support function to operations and engineering, using a streetwise approach to review contracts and minimise risk. You'll support senior managers advising on best practice and step in when required to protect the company's interests.

You will build relations with senior management, supporting their contractual understanding and recognising gaps to recommend training and development.

DUTIES* Supporting senior management with contracts, identifying pitfalls, minimising risk, maximising value* Day to day managing insurance claims, resolving disputes* Building relationships with managers, supporting their commercial understanding of contracts* Office based when not visiting colleagues on site - this role is NOT hybrid.

PERSON* Commercial Manager with an appreciation of the laws that underpin a contract* Experience resolving disputes, insurance claims, identifying pitfalls or similar* Happy to be collaborative and support Operations & Engineering departments* Experience with FIDIC or NEC contracts
