CNC Programmer / Foreman required immediately for our client in Rugby. The role will involve being a very hands on foreman that also helps out programming, setting and operating machinery when needs be.
The role:
* Lead a team of machinists on a daily basis to make sure that production targets are met
* Supervise the setup, operation and maintenance of the machines
* Program, set and operate a variety of CNC millers and manual machines
* Allocate tasks to machinists and provide guidance when needed
* Work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
* Full quality inspection of machined parts with hand held measuring tools
The candidate:
* You will be a skilled CNC machinist that has some supervisory or team leading experience
* You will be confident leading from the front and by example
* You will be happy to get stuck in with a hands on approach
* Communication skills will be strong in both verbal and written form
