Role Requirements - (Must Be German Speaking) - Temporary to Permanant Contract (3 Months Temporary)
Processes incoming requests and orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate data entry based on priority and type
Handles communications across multiple channels, including email, phone, and internal messaging, to support both external clients and internal teams
Collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and information flow between teams such as sales, operations, and technical support
Understands and responds to stakeholder needs, providing information, documentation, and support for products, services, or solutions
Addresses inquiries and resolves issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction
Coordinates logistics and scheduling, including meetings, service appointments, or deliveries, in collaboration with relevant parties
Builds positive working relationships through clear, professional, and proactive communication
Maintains accurate records and data, ensuring systems are up to date with relevant customer or operational information
Key Requirements -
3 years customer service experience
Excellent written communication and telephone skills
Active listening and problem-solving ability
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and self-manage time
Good communication skills
Computer proficiency required
CRM system experience
