Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Teacher in the strategic leadership and management of the school.
• Lead and manage specific areas of the school’s curriculum and pastoral care.
• Support the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning to ensure high standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to promote the school’s vision and values.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a school setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
