We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team from September.About the RoleAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. Working closely with class teachers and the wider support team, you will help deliver tailored educational programmes and create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with autism and other SEN in both group and one to one settings
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated activities
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and progress tracking
  • Foster independence and life skills through structured routines
  • Collaborate with therapists, families, and external agencies

Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
