- Managing the end-to-end workflow of a specialist tax claims team
- Leading and coaching a small team, conducting 1:1s, appraisals and performance reviews
- Acting as a senior point of contact on complex or high-value claims
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Monitoring claims MI, producing reporting packs and supporting leadership with trend analysis
- Liaising with clients to ensure service delivery is aligned with their expectations
- Supporting broader business initiatives and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Experience in a claims handling, accountancy, or tax-related environment
- Previous leadership or team supervision experience
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret policy wordings and regulatory guidance
- Familiarity with fee protection insurance or working with accountancy practices is advantageous
- Comfortable working with management information and claims systems
- Competitive base salary of £50,000 - £55,000
