KS1 Teacher – RugbyÂ
Are you an inspiring KS1 teacher ready to make a difference in young learners’ lives? We’re looking for dedicated educators in Rugby who can bring creativity, structure, and passion to the classroom.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven KS1 teaching experience, with a strong understanding of early years learning needs.
- Phonics expertise, supporting pupils in developing essential reading and spelling skills.
- Literacy and creative writing focus, encouraging imagination while building solid foundations in English.
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English, ensuring pupils make excellent progress in core areas.
- Intervention experience, working with small groups or individuals to close learning gaps.
- Flexibility – open to day-to-day supply work as well as short-term contracts.
