Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies and procedures across all manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.
- Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and follow-up actions.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and best practices.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence others to drive safety improvements.
