An award winning National House builder are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage a new build housing project in Rugby
The role:
As an experienced Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for running a new build housing project in Rugby
The houses are mid-range quality homes and range from 2/3/4 bedrooms(semi and detached) selling on average at 220,000 for sale.
You will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site.
This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager,or Manager in a similar new build house building environment or a similar housing organisation/developer.
It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid,IT skills as well as a driving licence.
