Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Technical Administrator with proven CAD experience to join our client’s team in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in technical administration and hands-on CAD work who is looking to build a long-term career in a structured, process-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update technical drawings using CAD software
- Input and manage data in the company CRM system
- Maintain accurate records in the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to technical and operational teams
- Work within established processes and contribute to process improvements
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a technical or administrative role
- Practical experience using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- A process-driven, detail-focused approach to work
- Comfortable using digital systems such as CRM and/or QMS databases
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
