My client is currently seeking a highly organised and reliable Stock Taking Administrator for a short-term role based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced team and support a key project for two weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting accurate stock counts and recording inventory data
- Inputting data into spreadsheets and internal systems
- Verifying stock levels and reporting discrepancies
- Liaising with warehouse and admin teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining high attention to detail and organisational accuracy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in stock taking or inventory administration
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment
- Must be available to start immediately
