This position would suit a Manufacturing Engineer or similar, who has an understanding of quality, assembly and has the core abilities required to lead a team.DUTIES * Manage a team of 4 assembly technicians within a workshop environment, responsible for workload distribution, continuous improvement, adhering to quality standards, overseeing build and working to Total Productive Maintenance* Motivate the team, set objectives, identify skills gaps for training, disciplinary procedures, support troubleshooting activities as and when required.
