Rugby Office based - 35 hours a week. A great opportunity for a skilled administrator to join a charity organisation.
The purpose of this role is to offer administration and organisational support for the Membership Development Manager.
Main Duties
- You will respond to emails and telephone enquiries and maintain the confidential membership database.
- Schedule meetings, generate agendas , minute take.
- Assist in compiling a member newsletter
- To work within an Equal Opportunities Framework
Experience Required
- Strong administrative skills - Microsoft 365, databases CRM and Mailchimp
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential records and have clear boundaries around confidential working practices.
