Main Duties

You will respond to emails and telephone enquiries and maintain the confidential membership database.
Schedule meetings, generate agendas , minute take.
Assist in compiling a member newsletter

Experience Required

Strong administrative skills - Microsoft 365, databases CRM and Mailchimp
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential records and have clear boundaries around confidential working practices.
