Starting at £12.30 p/h.

Baker required to join our client based in rugby. Our client is a busy wholesale craft bakery located within the heart of Rugby.
Job Duties:
- Weigh out quantities of ingredients.
- Working to recipes
- Bake products in batches in industrial ovens (use of revent ovens are a plus!)
- Quality checking
- Good understand of a baker’s role is essential.
- Making recipes on a schedule
- General hygiene duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
What you’ll need:
- Food hygiene certificate is essential.
- Flexible approach towards work.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- A respectful, honest approach is a must with pride in your work and always finding ways to be better – this company is BIG on there values.
