Bakery Assistant

Baker  

Sunday - Thursday.  

Afternoon or night shift available. 

Starting at £12.30 p/h.  

Rugby.  

Baker required to join our client based in rugby. Our client is a busy wholesale craft bakery located within the heart of Rugby.

Job Duties:  

• Weigh out quantities of ingredients. 
• Working to recipes  
• Bake products in batches in industrial ovens (use of revent ovens are a plus!) 
• Quality checking  
• Good understand of a baker’s role is essential. 
• Making recipes on a schedule  
• General hygiene duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.  

What you’ll need:  

• Food hygiene certificate is essential.  
• Flexible approach towards work.  
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.  
• A respectful, honest approach is a must with pride in your work and always finding ways to be better – this company is BIG on there values.
