MAK Jobs is expanding its dynamic team in Rugby and looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am5:00pm (flexibility required)

Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to take charge of established industrial contracts? As a key member of our team, youll manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial contracts.

Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates .
- Building tailored recruitment solutions aligned with client needs.
- Visiting client sites to strengthen relationships and understand operational demands.
- Managing monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate internal records.
- Overseeing timesheets, absences, and compliance for agency workers.
- Updating job postings across boards and social media.
- Being on-call to address urgent staffing needs.

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Goal-driven you thrive on smashing targets and delivering results.
