About the Role

We are recruiting confident, skilled SEN Teaching Assistants with strong, proven experience supporting children with a range of additional needs. You will work closely with teaching staff and the school’s SEND team to provide tailored, nurturing support that enables every child to flourish.

  • Solid experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (essential)
  • A compassionate, patient and resilient approach
  • Ability to work 1:1 and with small groups
  • A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through us)

  • A genuine passion for working with SEN students
