Experienced Service Technician | Land Rover & 4x4 Specialist
Salary: 34,000 - 38,000 per annum depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Rugby
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (weekdays), 8:30am-12:30pm (every other Saturday), with a 30-minute lunch break.

The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician with a Level 2 or 3 qualification to join our friendly and supportive Service Team in Rugby. You will be a key player in our workshop, with a variety of tasks that make every day different.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out maintenance and repair work across a wide range of vehicles.
- Use advanced diagnostics and technical support to identify and fix faults with confidence.
- Keep the workshop organised, safe, and running smoothly.
- Look after our top-quality equipment, ensuring it's always ready to go.
- Support the Service Team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification as an Automotive Technician.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technician.
- Previous experience with Land Rover or 4x4 vehicles is a bonus, but not essential (we provide access to the latest diagnostic tools and technical support).
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence with diagnostics systems and computers.
- A team player with great communication skills.
