As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team and help us reach new heights.

The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be based in Rugeley and covering the Midlands. Your primary responsibility will be to book and attend client visits with a variety of professionals, including marketing departments, company owners, designers, advertising teams, and purchasing/buyers. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, while managing and growing existing accounts.

You'll be promoting our sustainable Managed Print and Document Management Services, working to identify client needs and offering solutions that improve efficiency while reducing environmental impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales is a must.
  • Field sales experience is a strong advantage, but we are open to candidates with Internal Sales / Telesales experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.
  • A passion for print, marketing, branding, or IT services will be beneficial. We are happy to train the right candidate in these sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a genuine desire to succeed.
