Import / Export Logistics Coordinator

We're a growing UK SME with a global supply chain, looking for an experienced Import / Export Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of international shipments and keep goods moving smoothly.
What you'll do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound international shipments (sea & air)
- Prepare and check shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms, duties, tariffs, and commodity codes
- Work closely with freight forwarders, overseas suppliers, and internal teams
- Act as the main point of contact for logistics and delivery queries
What we're looking for
- 3+ years' experience in an Import / Export or Logistics role
- Strong knowledge of international shipping and compliance
- Confident working with international suppliers and customers
- Experience with ERP systems (SAGE desirable) and Excel
- Detail-focused, proactive, and comfortable in a growing SME
