Based within 1.5 hours of Rugeley (WS15 1UZ)

Are you a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a background in OEM sales and business development? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding business across the UK and Ireland.

Your Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Understand market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Grow and nurture existing strategic accounts
  • Implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets

Sales

  • Manage and grow key OEM accounts across the UK & Ireland
  • Provide tailored, solution-oriented sales across products and services
  • Maintain detailed account planning and customer visit schedules
  • Track performance and maintain responsibility for sales and margins
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis

Customer Relations

  • Build long-term, strategic customer relationships
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain CRM records
  • Provide quotations and support with pricing offers
  • Collaborate with major accounts to manage and review forecasts quarterly

Marketing & Exhibitions

  • Work closely with Group Marketing to increase brand awareness
  • Represent the company at relevant exhibitions and trade shows

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Participate in weekly and quarterly sales meetings
  • Coordinate with local Purchasing and Ops teams to align customer demand

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in external sales/business development, ideally with OEM clients
  • Strong IT skills, including ERP systems (Navision preferred) and MS Office
  • A technical mindset and a passion for product-based solutions
  • Advantageous: Experience within the tyre and wheel industry
