Role Responsibilities- Prepare and submit Self-Assessment Tax Returns
- Manage a mixed portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships
- Meet, call, and correspond with clients regularly
- Support directors with advisory projects and planning work
- Prepare Capital Gains Tax (CGT) computations and submit UK Property Returns
- Assist clients in setting up and using the HMRC CGT on UK Property Service
- Prepare Property Rental Accounts and Income & Expenditure statements for sole traders
- Complete and submit P11Ds, VAT Returns, ATED Returns, and simple Trust Tax Returns
- Support clients with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service and help maintain Registers
- Prepare and submit client invoices
- Contribute to team development by mentoring junior staff
- Gain exposure to inheritance tax (IHT) and estate planning

Candidate Requirements- ATT qualified preferred (CTA qualification considered)
- Experience in managing your own tax portfolio within a UK accountancy practice
- Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with CCH tax software is desirable (training provided if needed)
- Organised, self-motivated, and client-focused
- £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
