Customer Service Executive

An ambitious and energetic Customer Service Executive is required to join a progressive organisation who have a prestigious portfolio of clients, no two days will be the same in the busy role.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing administrative support for Sales Manager and Business Development Consultant

- Managing incoming sales calls and enquiries, providing information on products and services provided

- Distributing details of sales leads obtained to the Business Development Consultants for follow up

- Booking service visits for Consultants and managing their diary schedule and preparing required paperwork

- Managing sales lead analysis reports for Consultants and monitoring KPIs in place to ensure they are achieved

- Collating sales information on a weekly basis and preparing reports for the Directors
