FULLY OFFICE BASED ROLE

Our client in the Ruislip area is seeking a Personal Assistant who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare documents. Maintain digital filing systems.
  • Email & Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft emails, and maintain a structured filing system. Ensure all communications reflect the directors' high standards.
  • Personal Assistance: Manage personal errands, bookings, and personal admin tasks. Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Business Support: Assist with business tasks, conduct market research, and liaise with key stakeholders. Host and welcome guests professionally.
  • Organisation & Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and keep track of deadlines and key events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in adapting tone and style.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and manage urgent tasks.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and proactive approach.
  • Preferably with a background in property, finance, or hospitality-run businesses.
